Jen is a senior data scientist and engineer specializing in advanced analytics and machine learning systems for industrial applications. Her work spans demand modeling, automation pipelines, natural language models, and large-scale infrastructure designed for reliability in complex environments.

She has led projects at Raytheon, Rolls-Royce, and BMW, including initiatives in autonomous vehicles and defense aerospace, with focus on predictive modeling and operational intelligence. Jen now manages several strategic areas within the analytics team at Optimum, guiding the development of production-ready models that inform strategy in field operations. Jen obtained a degree in Applied Data Science from New York University, and will complete her Masters in Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech.
